TAGUIG CITY — During the Special Board Meeting held on September 3, 2021, the Board of Directors appointed Senior Vice President for Energy Business Graciela M. Barleta as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in accordance with Governance Commission for GOCCs Memorandum Circular No. 2012-09 (Fourth Issue).
SVP Graciela M. Barleta will serve as OIC President and CEO until the next regular President and CEO shall have been elected by the Board.
