MABINI, BATANGAS – On July 16, 2022, the Philippine National Oil Company Energy Supply Base (PNOC-ESB) Department turned over 30 pieces of LED bulbs to the Mainaga-San Francisco Elementary School as part of the latter’s 2022 Brigada Eskwela program.

With the theme, “Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral,” Brigada Eskwela aims to strengthen the preparatory initiatives of schools in light of the return of face-to-face classes and to secure a healthy and safe return of the students to the physical learning environment. The program lasted from July 10 to August 19, 2022.

PNOC-ESB Department Manager Engr. Carlito B. Pena led the turnover of the items, accompanied by Engr. Ninia C. Pasasadaba (OIC Division Chief for Operations), Ms. Ivy Jean A. Eleponga (Marketing Specialist), and Ms. Precious P. Arce (Administrative Assistant). PNOC-ESB’s electrician also assisted the school in installing the LED bulbs in the classrooms.
