TAGAYTAY, CAVITE – On May 16 to 17, 2022, PNOC conducted a Board Strategic Transition Planning Session in preparation for the turnover from the incumbent PNOC Board of Directors (BOD) to the new set of Board of Directors of the incoming administration.

PNOC developed a Strategic Transition Plan to serve as a guide and reference to the incoming BOD for the continuity of ongoing projects as well as the future undertakings of the company.

The Plan provides information on PNOC’s major accomplishments and financial reports from 2016 to 2021 as well as the company’s Performance Scorecard and Corporate Priorities for 2022. The strategic directions in the form of key result areas, which the company aims to achieve in the next five to six years, are also detailed in the Plan.   PNOC’s Strategic Transition Plan hopes to provide the new set of Board of Directors a road map on where the company is going in order to fulfill the company’s vision and mission in the years to come.
